If you are not happy with your purchase you should return the item, unopened, within 14 days of reciept. A full refund will be made via the original payment source as soon as we receive the returned item(s)

Clothing, Gifts and Printed Items

Returns of these items can only be accepted if the goods are damaged, or become unusable within 60 days of purchase. 

Show Tickets

All purchases of show tickets are non-refundable.  Re-sale of tickets is strictly forbidden without written consent from Keep It Country TV Ltd.
